Course Description:
Do you have a strong board of directors? Building and maintaining an effective non-profit board is critical for organizations that want to expand their capacity to deliver their mission and fulfill their vision.  

This 3-part series teaches non-profit organizations how to:
  1. Develop a high-performing board
  2. Engage board members in the meetings and committees
  3. Train and energize board members to be proud ambassadors and to raise friends and funds for your nonprofit. These are crucial building blocks to have an impactful board

This course is ideal for Executive Directors, Development Directors, Board Chairs, Future Board Chairs, Governance, Development and/or Governance Committee Chairs or anyone interested in nonprofit governance and fundraising.
